In today's technology, high-strength products are made of lightweight materials. We started the production of composite ceiling panels with the work we have done on bonding technology. By pressing aluminum honeycomb cells between aluminum plates, composite structure is obtained. With machine tools which we have invested, warm and cold pressing can be performed. Up to 6 m in length and 1.5 meters wide panels can be produced. A compact solution is obtained that can fulfill many functions in the car in the designed and manufactured ceiling panels.
By this technique developed, many products such as ceiling panels and the door panel, as well as side body panels can be obtained.
