Many systems are designed so as to be modular in today's new generation train sets. Thus, many products also can be manufactured at different locations and the stations. As a result, a faster manufacturing process is carried out. Brake systems that we have done are modular, and vary for each vehicle and function. According to location and function under the vehicle, chassis are designed and welded manufacture are performed by our welders certified according to the standard EN287-1 or EN9606-2. The chassis are made of carbon steel or stainless steel. Pipes to be used are twisted in our CNC Machine tools for bending and high sensitivity is achieved. Pipe material is used as stainless steel or copper depending on the project property. Pipe fittings are used as ferrule tube. Completed modules are mounted on wagons passing through pressure and leak test.
