Aluminum overlays are used in order to connect several equipments, or to provide aesthetic beauty in conventional wagons or the new generation of train sets. These overlays are made as extrusion profile. Later, mechanical processings are completed according to the project and the function. According to the end use, the surface protection is carried out. Surface protection is made with anodized or high quality paint. Anodizing can be natural or decorative colors. Painting is done as wet paint or electrostatic powder coating.
