Cable channels produced in our plants as mechanical and electrical carry all bottom and interior cable systems of the wagons. In the present system, aluminum extrusion profiles and aluminum sheet material is used. Profile materials are processed on CNC machines according to the project. Sheet materials become semi-finished products being cut and bent in accordance with the project. Profile prepared and sheet materials are welded in accordance with EN15085-2 by welders certified according to the standard EN9606-2. Mechanical cable channels of which welding and controls are completed are protected against corrosion by making anodic oxidation coatings.
Cables cut and numbered according to the project are positioned in the channels. By connecting the available connectors, cable channel system is completed. After making the necessary control tests, they are shipped to the customer. After the cable channels and placed under the vehicle, A large part of the cable wiring of the vehicle is complete.
